KULOB, May 15, Asia-Plus -- Over the first four months of the year, the city and the district of Kulob have produced a total of 14.2408 million somonis worth of industrial goods, which is 4.5305 million somonis more than it was originally planned.
Davlatali Qurbonliyev, the head of the Kulob economy and foreign economic ties department, said that a share of the private sector amounted to 1.89 million somonis.
According to him, the cotton ginning factories Pakhtai Kulob and Zarkham have produced totaling 1,940 tons of cotton fiber over the report period, which is 917 tons more than in the same period of 2006
