DUSHANBE, February 14, Asia-Plus -- The Drug Control Agency (DCA) is the only Tajik law enforcement agency, which has been affected by the tough power supply schedule introduced in Dushanbe on February 7.
“All sub-divisions of the counternarcotics agency now have electricity only ten hours per days – five hours in the morning (from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.) and five hours in the evening (from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), while some our equipment should not be left without electricity for several hours,” said the source at the counternarcotics agency, “We are forced to use diesel generators to provide electrical power to a number of offices and cells of our detention facility,”
