DUSHANBE, March 18, Asia-Plus -- Representatives from the working group for coordination of projects aimed at supporting modernization of the information-technical equipment of the customs services of member nations of the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC) will hold a meeting in Kostanai, Kazakhstan from March 27-29 to discuss cooperation issues.
A source at Tajikistan’s Customs Service said that Mirzo Rahmonov, the head of the analysis and customs statistics department within the Customs Service, will represent Tajikistan at the meeting, which is scheduled to discuss strategic tasks of work on modernization of the information-technical equipment of the EAEC customs services as well as organization of technological interaction among information systems of the EAEC customs services.
