DUSHANBE, June 16, Asia-Plus -- A Norwegian delegation led by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Tajikistan, Mr. Mette Kongshem, which has been to Tajikistan since June 12, is holding talks with Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi in Dushanbe today, Tajik MFA press service said.
The Norwegian diplomat is also scheduled to hold meetings Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) Chairman Saydullo Khairulloyev, State Committee for National Security Chairman Khairiddin Abdurahimov, Drug Control Agency Director Rustam Nazarov, Transport and Communications Minister Abdurahim Ashour and Energy and Industries Minister Gul Sherali.
According to the Ministry of Energy and Industries (MoEI), a meeting of Mr. Mette Kongshem with Minister Gul Sherali will be held on June 18.
The Norwegian delegation will stay in the country till June 18.
