DUSHANBE, September 4, 2008, Asia-Plus -- Issues related to export of fruits and vegetables will be discussed at a session of the Supervisory Board for the Project to Promote Trade in Tajikistan that will be held in Dushanbe on September 5.
The project national public relations consultant Abdulfattoh Shafiyev told Asia-Plus today that the Supervisory Board members are expected to discuss the progress of implementation of the project as well as development of the agro-processing sector and difficulties facing it.
The board members include representatives of the ministries economy, agriculture, energy and industries, as well as agency for standardization, metrology, certification and trade inspection, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the International Trade Center and the private sector.
