DUSHANBE, September 16, 2008, Asia-Plus  -- A regular session of the council of the permanent representatives to the CIS bodies was held in Minsk, Belarus on September 16.  

According to press service of the CIS executive committee, the meeting considered a draft agenda of the session of the council of the CIS heads of government that will be held in Chisinau, Moldova on November 14 this year.  

34 issues have been tabled to the draft agenda so far, including the CIS economic development strategy and priorities of the transportation cooperation between the CIS states for the period till 2020.

The CIS government heads are also expected to discuss measures to improve food security, main directions of development of markets of motor-transport services, draft agreements on the main principles of the currency-regulation and currency-control policy, cooperation in creating information systems of passport-visa documents of new generation, draft convention on legal status of labor migrants and their families, etc.
