DUSHANBE, October 29, 2008, Asia-Plus -- More than 533.6 million US dollars, 4.2573 billion Russian rubles (RR) and 2.1084 million euros have been remitted to Agroinvestbonk over the first nine months of this year, which is US$157.1 million, RR2.8474 billion and €663,800 more than in the same period of last year, according to Agroinvestbonk’s press service.
Remittances in USD and RR have been transferred mainly through the money transfer system Contact, while remittances in Euro have been transferred mainly via the Unistream system, the press service said.
Founded in 1992, Agroinvestbonk, with headquarters in Dushanbe, has main branches in Khorog, Khujand, Kulob and Qurghon Teppa and 61 other branches across the republic.
