DUSHANBE, November 18, 2008, Asia-Plus -- The new declared authorized capital of closed joint-stock company (CJSC), Tajikistan Development Bank (TDB), doubled in seven months to November 5, 2008, reaching 59,999,980 somoni, according to TDB’s head office in Dushanbe.
The new bank’s charter was registered with the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) on February 29, following the results of the third issue.
According to the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT), TDB now stands fourth among eleven commercial banks of the country in terms of the authorized capital volumes.
Established in September 2006, Tajikistan Development Bank offers a broad range of services issues, including accepting deposits in national and foreign currencies, cash operations, providing short-term and long-term loans, etc.
