DUSHANBE, January 30, 2009, Asia-Plus -- President Emomali Rahmon will visit Moscow to attend extraordinary sessions of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC), according to the MFA information department head Davalt Nazriyev.
Both sessions will be held on February 4. The EAEC Interstate Council extraordinary session will consider issues related to establishment of the Anti-crisis Fund and the Center for High Technologies within the Community, the MFA spokesman said.
We will recall that earlier, it had been reported that President Rahmon will pay one-day working visit to Moscow on February 2 to hold talks with his Russian counterpart, President Dmitry Medvedev, to discuss bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia as well as the progress of implementation of the reached agreements.
