DUSHANBE, February 6, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Visiting Iranian Minister of Commerce Masoud Mirkazemi yesterday met with Chairman of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Sharif Said in Dushanbe.
According to the CCI press service, the sides considered issues related to bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran in the fields of trade and education.
Iranian minister confirmed intention his country to invest in development of Tajikistan’s economy and expand economic and trade cooperation with Tajikistan, including its private sector.
For his part, the CCI head offered to organize Iran’s national exhibition in Dushanbe this year and hold a business forum on sidelines of it, the press service said.
