DUSHANBE, August 29, Asia-Plus -- A seminar to discuss assessment of mental health and problem connecting with using psychoactive substances has opened in Dushanbe today morning, according to the Ministry of Health (MoH).
The event organizers include MoH, the World Health Organization (WHO) CO in Tajikistan and the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Tajikistan.
The meeting has brought together experts, representatives from the MoH and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (MLSP) as well as international partners, Global Initiative on Psychiatry, Open Society Institute/Assistance Foundation, CARITAS, Global Fund, AKF, UNICEF, World Bank, USAID, and AIDS Foundation East-West.
The results of survey on assessment on metal health and problems connected with using psychoactive substances and HIV/AIDS will be presented at the meeting.
