Tajikistan’s investment portfolio for April 1, 2012, consists of 60 government-led projects worth 9.2bln Somoni (over $1.9bln), Tajik State Investment and State Property Management Committee reported.
Currently 21 credit investment projects, 24 grant projects are under way in Tajikistan. Another 15 projects are being funded by credits.
According to the Committee, implementation of one governmental investment project started in the first quarter this year.
“In general, all other government investment projects which are being currently implemented are funded by 19 sources,” the source reported, adding that expenditures for implementation of government investment projects in the first quarter this year made nearly $40mln. This is 8.1% more as compared to the plan.
