DUSHANBE, May 18, 2013, Asia-Plus -- On Friday May 17, Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev received a delegation of the Asian Development Bank (ADO), led by Mr. C.C. Yu, ADB’s Country Director for Tajikistan.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office says the sides discussed issues related to cooperation between the mayor’s office and the ADB.
Dushanbe mayor reportedly expressed satisfaction wit an active participation of the Bank in implementation of joint investment projects and noted that the Dushanbe administration was ready to submit a number of projects for consideration to the Bank.
The sides decided to set up working groups for implementation of this proposal of the mayor, Saidov said.
