On Saturday the Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda has visited HHP Dushanbe-2, and got acquainted with the construction of the second stage of the enterprise.
According to a source in the government, the prime minister has visited the construction site of office buildings, a modular room, air treatment installations, water heating halls, warehouses for coal storage.
The prime minister was informed that construction of the facility is carried out on schedule, and now the construction work at the site will be carried out around the clock. In addition, the equipment necessary for the distribution of heat HPP-2 were ordered. It is expected that the equipment will be delivered to the country until the end of the second decade of August.
It is noted that the construction of a warehouse for the storage of coal is completed by 55% of the total volume of construction works. The erection of this warehouse, the capacity of which will amount to more than 120 ths. tons of coal, would be fulfilled by the Ltd. "Nurob".
A government source also said that the construction of the second phase of HPP-2 is conducted rapidly and the contractor of the project take measures to pass the object as scheduled.
Rasulzoda instructed the responsible persons to continue the work on laying the pipeline to join HPP-2 to the heating network of the city, preparing the residential sector to receive heat and hot water. The instructions were also given with respect to coal reserves to ensure the rounbd-the-clock facility operations.
According to the plan before the start of the heating season in 2016-2017 years, 1 thousand 285 various objects of the capital will be connected to the heating system. Currently, at HPP 1 and 2, Western and Eastern boiler the works on the preparation for the heating season are continuing. These works should be completed up to the first of October this year.
Recall that the production capacity of the second stage of the HPP "Dushanbe-2" will be 300 MW of electricity and 167 GK of heat. The object will be run on coal. There also will be installed equipment, which, if it is necessary, would switch the company on gas consumption.
The construction project of the Dushanbe HPP-2 is realized by the Chinese company Tabian Apparatus Stoc Co (TBEA). Last year was put into operation the first stage of HPP, a total capacity of 100 MW.
