A major trade fair of Uzbekistan’s exports, including auto goods and food products, is expected to take place sat the “Poytakht-90” Center in Dushanbe next week, according to the press center of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).
Organized by Tajik and Uzbek CCIs and Uzbek national exhibition company Uzexpocenter under support of the governments of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, the exhibition will kick off on April 17 and will run through April 21.
Once that event wraps up, business representatives from both countries are expected to hold their first ever bilateral business forum.
Recall, a protocol on holding the trade fair of Uzbekistan’s exports was signed here on December 28, 2016 on the sidelines of the fourth session of the Tajikistan-Uzbekistan commission for trade and economic cooperation.
