As part of the country's efforts to achieve one of its key national strategic goals—rapid industrialization—the government has overseen the creation of more than 2,600 industrial enterprises and the establishment of over 87,000 jobs in the past seven years (2019-2025).  This was announced by Tajik President Emomali Rahmon in his address to the parliament on December 16. This initiative is reportedly in line with the country’s ongoing industrialization strategy, which continues to make significant progress.
