Several fatal accidents occurred on the roads of Tajikistan over the weekend, as a result of which 5 people died, reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.
One of them happened on October 11 on the Dushanbe-Bokhtar highway in the Khuroson region. A truck driven by a 60-year-old resident of the Vakhsh district was carrying an asphalt paver (equipment for paving road asphalt).
Suddenly, the asphalt paver drove off the truck, crashed into an Opel Astra car parked on the side of the road and ran into a 45-year-old local woman who was standing on the road.
As a result, the woman died at the scene.
On the same day, a 23-year-old resident of the city of Vakhdat, having lost control of transport, hit 59-year-old Shomakhmad Shomakhmadov. Pedestrian dies from his injuries in hospital.
On October 11, the driver of KAMAZ 5511, 45-year-old Muhammad Savzazoda, a resident of the Vose district, on the territory of the Moscow town of the Hamadoni district, hit a 10th grade student. As a result, the student died at the scene.
On the same day, on the Dushanbe-Khujand highway, the driver of Opel-Astra Munim Kholmatov in the Obi-Zulol village of Istaravshan, having lost control of the car, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Mercedes-Benz driven by Ilkhomjon Muzaffarov.
As a result, the driver of "Opel-Astra" died at the scene.
On October 9, on the Dushanbe-Khujand highway, on the territory of the Tagobi Khushekat village, Toyota-Prado driver, entrepreneur Khasan Khabibulloyev, lost control of transport, as a result of which the car flew into a cliff 700 meters deep.
As a result, the driver died at the scene.
All of the above incidents are under investigation, reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
