Four people were killed and two other injured yesterday as two cars collided in Dushanbe, according to the Dushanbe Police Directorate.
The accident reportedly took place at around 5:20 pm local time on the Somon Street.
BMW driven by Orzu Habibzoda went into oncoming traffic and crashed into Mercedes. As a result of the collision, the Mercedes driver and his three passengers died on the spot, while the BMW driver and his passenger sustained various injuries and were taken to a hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
