Employees of the Department of specialized search and rescue services of the Committee for Emergency Situations of Tajikistan on August 21 found and retrieved the bodies of two drowned people, reports the Emergency Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It is noted that the victims were an 11-year-old resident of Jangalobod-3 village from the rural jamoat of Guliston in the city of Vakhdat and a 53-year-old resident of Khujapanj village from the rural jamoat of Amondara in the city of Penjikent in Sughd region.
In which reservoirs the bodies were found and the details of these two incidents are not reported.
At the same time, the agency once again calls on the population to comply with safety rules on water objects.
"On the same day, the capital's rescuers, responding to a request about a possible threat on Mukhammadiev Street, 22, went to the scene of the emergency and successfully eliminated the danger associated with a possible fall of a tree that could damage the transformer," the press service of the Emergency Service said.
Also on Monday, rescuers saved a cat that got tangled in the wires and pipes of the basement of a house in one of the capital's houses. Rescuers promptly responded to a call from one of the Dushanbe women and rescued the animal.
In addition, tonight, emergency responders in the Zeravshan zone successfully extracted the driver from a car that rolled into a ditch on Dushanbe-Khujand highway. The driver was taken to the hospital.
