QURGHON TEPPA, May 31, Asia-Plus - Criminal proceedings have been instituted against chairman of the farming unit “Kushkiya” in the district of Temurmalik (Khatlon province) Abdulvahob Abdulkhayrov following application of local tax police.
According to information from the Khatlon tax police directorate, Mr. Abdulkhayrov faces charges of embezzlement and damaging transport means. The source says Abdulkhayrov abusing his office sold five vehicles belonging to the farm for 24,387 Somonis and misappropriated the funds.
