KHUJAND, December 4, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Two conscripts from Sughd has been sentenced with probation for absence without leave.
The military court of the Sughd garrison on December 3 ruled that two conscripts from the Sughd province that served in the Rasht district, eastern Tajikistan be sentenced to one year probation. The sentence followed their conviction on charge of absence without leave.
Speaking an interview with Asia-Plus, Muslim Khudoiberdiyev, a judge with the Sughd military court, said that the conscripts had been absent 29 days without leave.
