DUSHANBE, March 17, 2011, Asia-Plus -- On Wednesday March 16, Kazakh State Secretary and Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev had a telephone conversation with Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi, the Kazakh MFA press service reports.
Saudabayev and Zarifi considered a number of topical issues related to cooperation between their countries both in bilateral and regional format, the current situation in Afghanistan and the Central Asian region.
It was noted that Astana and Dushanbe intend to strengthen close interaction in the interest of regional cooperation, stability and security in the future as well.
