DUSHANBE, May 31, 2011, Asia-Plus -- By Kazakh president’s decree Agybay Smagulov, formerly Kazakh Ambassador to Afghanistan, was appointed Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Kazakh president’s official website reported on May 31.
We will recall that the previous Kazakh Ambassador to Tajikistan Abutalip Akhmetov died of a heart attack in Dushanbe on November 10, 2010.
