DUSHANBE, June 22, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Tajik Ambassador to Pakistan Zubaydullo Zubaydov yesterday met in Islamabad with Mr. Naeem Rehman, head of the Association of Pakistani Entrepreneurs in Tajikistan, and a large group of Pakistani businessmen, the Tajik MFA information department reports.
In the course of the talks, representatives of Pakistan business community reportedly expressed satisfaction with the establishment of the Association of Pakistani Entrepreneurs in Tajikistan and stressed that it could play an important role in further expansion trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
“Pakistani entrepreneurs that visited Tajikistan in late May noted that their plans to launch joint ventures in Tajikistan remain in force and implementation of their business-plans will start in Tajikistan in the near future,” the source said.
According to him, Tajik diplomat, for his part, noted that Tajik diplomatic mission in Islamabad would provide all kinds of assistance to Pakistani entrepreneurs with development of their businesses in Tajikistan.
