DUSHANBE, January 6, 2012, Asia-Plus -- Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi yesterday met here with Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan Fan Xianrong.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, Zarifi and Fan discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and China.
The two also considered international and regional issues being of mutual interest as well as issues related to coordination of actions to establish peace and stability in Afghanistan and reconstruct Afghanistan’s economy.
They also touched upon the issue of holding of the Fifth Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan (RECCA V) in Dushanbe on March 26-27, 2012, the source said.
