An official source at the Tajik Embassy in Moscow says Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi remarked this during a meeting with employees of the Embassy in Moscow on February 29.
The minister bestowed medal “For Valorous Work Medal” on Ms. Sadbarg Ghaniyeva, chairperson of the Consular Department, Tajik Embassy in Moscow.
