In this regard, the country fully supports the creation of the KTAI transit corridor (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Iran) and creates all the necessary conditions for its effective functioning.
Within the framework of the Tajikistan - Afghanistan - Turkmenistan railway program, the project of the Jaloliddin Rumi - Nizhniy Panj railway and a bridge across the Panj River to Kunduz was agreed, the construction of which will begin soon. It will be part of the railway between Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Iran and will be linked to the North-South international transport corridor.
