Iran’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Alireza Haghighian, has stressed developing cooperation between Iranian and Tajik specialized institutions, IRNA reported on December 3.
Haghighian reportedly made the remarks during a meeting with Tajikistan's Minister of Industry and New Technologies, Sherali Kabir.
He referred to the scope of cooperation potential between the two countries.
The two sides discussed expanding cooperation, especially in the fields of industry, mining, and new technologies.
Meanwhile, Kabir reportedly pointed to his recent visit to Tehran and his tour of some technological industries, and lauded Iran's capabilities in the fields of industry and new technologies.
He described the existing potential for cooperation between the two countries as very broad
He noted that increasing joint meetings, organizing specialized exhibitions between business actors and industrial owners, and holding specialized exhibitions are of great importance, according to IRNA.
