DUSHANBE, January 12, Asia-Plus - By mayor’s resolution construction of all half-finished buildings in Dushanbe should be completed in 2009.
The resolution notes that the construction of half-finished buildings that started before 1996 should be carried out with use of funds of the city and budget, as well as investments of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs. They should conclude contracts with the mayor’s office and its relevant departments.
The work may start only after the mayor passes an appropriate resolution.
