DUSHANBE, February 18, 2009, Asia-Plus -- The first 114 of 150 Russian type buses PAZ (Pavlov bus plant) have been delivered to Dushanbe.
According to Abduhalim Majidov, the head of the Dushanbe passenger transport service, Dushanbenaqliyotkhizmatrason, the Dushanbe mayor’s office has purchased those 150 buses from the Russian Federation for more than 4.087 million US dollars.
The remaining 36 buses and 60 trolleybuses are expected to be delivered to the Tajik capital by the end of this month.
