DUSHANBE, November 5, 2014, Asia-Plus -- Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia has been replaced.
By president’s decree, Azamsho Sharifi, formerly head of the Department for International Cooperation at President’s Executive Office, was appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, replacing Abdullo Yuldoshev.
Abdullo Yuldoshev, who was also Tajikistan’s Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), was retired for age reasons.
Azamsho Sharifi was born in Dushanbe on May 12, 1958. He is married with three children.
