By government’s decrees rectors of five universities have been replaced.
Qudrat Davlatzoda was appointed Rector of the Institute of Economics and Finance of Tajikistan.
Mumin Sharifzoda was appointed Rector of the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.
Hamidullokhon Faqerov was appointed Rector of the Tajik State University of Commerce.
Jamshed Jouraboyev was appointed Rector of the Khujand State University named after Bobojon Ghafourov.
Khairiddin Idiyev was appointed Rector of the Tajik State Institute of Arts named after Mirzo Tursunzoda, replacing Dilovar Latifzoda, who was retired for age reasons.
Staff changes were also introduced in the Ministry of Defense, the National Guards, the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Culture, the Academy of Sciences, the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting and local authorities.
Thus, in connection with structural reorganization, Sakhidod Rahmatullozoda was appointed Director of the Institute of Language and Literature of the Academy of Sciences and Yormuhammad Niyozi was appointed Director of the Institute for Asian and European Studies of the Academy of Sciences.
Ms. Zevar Davlatova, formerly Director of TV Channel Safina, was appointed Deputy Minister of Culture.
Nosir Saidov, who had previously served as Director of Tajikistan Film Studio, was appointed to head the TV Channel Safina.
Sadriddin Shamsuddinzoda, formerly Deputy Head of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting, was appointed Director of the State Enterprise Jahonnamo.
Subhiddin Shamsiddinzoda, who had previously worked with the presidential press office, was appointed to head TV Channel Tojikiston (formerly Shabakai Avval).
Muzaffar Davlatzoda was appointed Deputy Minister of Culture.
Besides, young specialists were appointed to head education departments in Dushanbe’s districts and Khatlon province.
