The Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO), five districts and on city subordinate to the center as well as two cities and eight districts in Khatlon have fulfilled their spring conscription targets over the first month of the spring conscription campaign, according to the Ministry of Defense (MoD) press center.
