Rich chernozem, developed livestock, industry and hospitable people: representatives of the Tambov region told Tajiks about the opportunities of their land and invited to permanent residence.

A delegation from Tambov region in Dushanbe presented to Tajiks planning to participate in the state program to facilitate the voluntary resettlement of compatriots and move to Russia for permanent residence, their land. 

- Tambov region for the entire period of implementing the program on new rules, since 2013, has established itself as one of the main regions of Russia from which comes the least refusal to compatriots who want to move to permanent residence. Starting in 2013, Tajikistan had 7,000 applications from compatriots, and 750 of them moved to Tambov region, - Said the head of the representative office of the Ministry of the Interior (on migration) in Tajikistan, Vladislav Markevich.

According to the head of the delegation, Mikhail Filimonov, the head of the Labor and Employment Department of the Tambov Region, 12,000 compatriots moved from this country to the region from the beginning of the program's work. He noted that in recent years in this area is really actively moving compatriots from Tajikistan.

- We try to visit those countries where our compatriots reside, who want to move to Russia and bring to them truthful information about our region, "Filimonov said.. – We implement the resettlement program under the motto: "Think, decide, move".

Filimonov noted that when addressing issues related to the implementation of the program, the region's leadership draws attention to three important aspects for the settlers: housing, work and the organization of children.

- We do not provide accommodation for the settlers, but we organized 20 temporary accommodation centers in which visiting compatriots can live for a minimum fee (for utilities) for 6 months. As practice shows, during this time people manage to solve the issue of housing, - Filimonov said.

As for employment, according to him, in the region developed an agriculture, livestock, developing processing industry. In addition, the chemical and defense industries are widely represented.

- To all these enterprises require specialists. The region needs doctors very much, here it is already possible to solve even the issue of providing service housing. The average wage for the region is 30 thousand rubles . But  for example I talked to the tractor drivers, they earn up to 100 thousand rubles a month, - Filimonov said..

As for providing children with necessary school and preschool facilities, Filimonov said that there are no problems in this area.

- In 2012, the Russian president set the task for the regions, so that there would be no queues for preschool institutions. In 2015, we reported that there are no queues for kindergartens in the Tambov region. Secondary education is quite developed, in Tambov there are three state universities - technical, agricultural and humanitarian, there are also commercial higher educational institutions, - the head of the delegation explained.

In addition, Filimonov noted that he considers the greatest wealth of the Tambov region - its inhabitants.

- The first settlers of the Program came to us from Kyrgyzstan in 2007. It was a deep autumn, and the new neighbors immediately rushed to this family to help: Someone brought potatoes, someone tomatoes. In Tambov region there are very kind, hospitable people. We do not abandon anyone, but we warn that we give only a fishing rod, they'll have to catch fish by themselves, - Filimonov said.
