Ex-leader of the Democratic Party of Tajikistan (DPT), Mr. Saidjafar Usmonzoda, who is also member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) says an extraordinary congress of the DPT that took place in Dushanbe on May 11 was illegal and a decision adopted at this congress on replacement of the party leader was illegal.
