The Moscow visit of U.S. President Barack Obama due this July will be an attempt to smooth over differences in the prospective deployment of U.S. missile defense sites in Poland and the Czech Republic, the White House said.
Also, Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will discuss the reduction of nuclear potentials and cooperation in nuclear non-proliferation.
The White House confirmed that Obama would visit Moscow on July 6-8.
