IRNA reports that the Iranian university students at Armed Forces University, participating in shooting contest, including Elaheh Bleshk, Narges Banaie and Yasaman Moayyedian, in the International Military Sports Council (CISM) hosted this year by Russia, managed to gain the second team status in 200-meter shooting field.

Russia reportedly ranked first and Belorussia third in that field.

According to IRNA, Colonel Hassan Chamkalani, from Iran, an international referee of the International Shooting Federation, and a member of CISM Shooting Committee, was in charge of this year’s shooting competition.

Apart from the CISM Military World Summer and Winter Games, each year, CISM hosts World Military Championships. This program reportedly includes 25 sports at a world level, and several other sports at continental and regional level.
