Zhejiang Loong Airlines, commonly known as Loong Air, is a Chinese airline founded in 2011, originally as CDI Cargo Airlines.  It launched cargo services in 2012 and domestic passenger services in 2013, with its headquarters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.  The airline offers both domestic and international passenger and cargo services, building its network across China and into countries in the Belt and Road region.  The airline operates more than 600 routes, connecting over 170 destinations in China and internationally, including Central Asia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.

This development follows the recent launch of direct flights on the Beijing — Dushanbe — Beijing and Kashgar — Khujand — Kashgar air routes.  The Khujand-Kashgar flights will operate once a week, on Tuesdays, with a flight time of 2 hours and 40 minutes between the two cities.

This new air link strengthens connectivity between Tajikistan and China, making travel more convenient for passengers and boosting regional economic ties.
