At the conclusion of his visit to New York, President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, held a meeting with President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
During the meeting, the two leaders reportedly discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation within international organizations.
Special attention was given to advancing joint initiatives, particularly in the areas of water management and climate change.
The parties reportedly also exchanged views on a range of other issues being of mutual interest.
Meanwhile, Israelan,.com, citing Trend, reports that the French President Macron met with the Tajik President Rahmon and discussed advancing joint initiatives on water and climate, as well as strengthening bilateral cooperation within multilateral frameworks.
The discussions reportedly centered on amplifying bilateral synergies and fortifying collaborative frameworks within multilateral entities to advance collective endeavors. The two leaders engaged in a dialogue, articulating perspectives on a spectrum of additional subjects of reciprocal significance.
