DUSAHNBE, May 12, Asia-Plus -- The roundtable meeting “Discussion on Recommendations on the Draft Law on Freedom of Conscience, Religion and Religious Associations" will take place at the “Kokhi Vahdat” Stat Complex in Dushanbe on May 15.
The purpose of the roundtable meeting staged by the OSCE Center in Dushanbe is in acquainting participants with legislative practices of other states, international human rights standards.
Tomas Krapf, member of the Consulting Council on Freedom of Religion of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), Tohir Rashidov, deputy head of State Committee on Religion, and Nigina Bahriyeva, Director of the Bureau of Human Rights and the Rule of Law will participate at this meeting.
