The National industrial fair and cooperation exchange opened in Tashkent''s Uzexpocenter. The purpose of the event is to strengthen and develop cooperation within and between the sectors of the economy, to help find partners and sign deals for purchase of locally-produced goods.
The forum has gathered more than 260 companies and organizations of Uzbekistan, which is more than last year, when the fair and exchange were held for the first time.
The exposition occupies a total of 7,000 square meters and is located in both pavilions and the open demonstration area of the Uzexpocenter. The participants are presenting import-replacing products and the latest prospective developments of the enterprises and organizations of the leading sectors.
The presented sectors include geological research, production and processing of mineral resources, car and plane building, agricultural machinery, chemical, pharmaceutical, light and food industries, transport, construction materials and others.
The industrial fair and cooperation exchange will work until November 1. During the forum, presentations of the sectors and enterprises will be held to held the participants get acquainted with the technical and technological opportunities and exchange experience.
The event allows the businessmen to establish new cooperation ties and expand the existing ones and sign direct contracts without announcing tenders.
