Aiming to prevent coronavirus spread, the government of Uzbekistan has decided to extend the quarantine until August 1, according to Fergana news agency.

The country is split into three zones (green, yellow and red) as a preventive measure of the virus spread.  All restrictions will remain in force until August 1.

Private kindergartens in green and yellow zones are reopening today, while public kindergartens will resume operations on August 1.

The train service between green and yellow zones will be re launched on June 15.

Restaurants, cafes and consumer goods markets are also reopening today.

Wearing face masks and observing the two-meter social distancing are mandatory in all zones.
