DUSHANBE, July 21, 2012, Asia-Plus -- The Uzbekistan Football Federation (UFF) National Technical Director, Professor Rustam Akramov, and his assistant Boir Igamberdiyev, who is known Uzbek soccer coach, are conducting training course for Tajik soccer coaches.
According to the Tajikistan National Football Federation (TNFF), the course kicked off in the city of Khujand, the administrative center of the northern Sughd province on July 20 and it will last until August 10.
“25 soccer coaches from all regions of the Tajikistan are taking this course,” the source said, noting that there are 191 coaches having the ‘C’ Certificate, 40 coaches having the ‘B’ Certificate and 16 coaches having the ‘A’ Certificate in Tajikistan.
This Asian Football Confederation (AFC) ‘B’ Coaching Certificate course is for coaches who already have the ‘C’ Certificate. The course is designed to educate coaches in the advanced techniques and skills of the game, and to help them develop a better understanding of individual or groups of players, tactics and the mental requirements of the game. The examination focuses on the coaches’ practical coaching abilities, knowledge and understanding of the theoretical contents of the game, in addition to a brief presentation of a dissertation to the class.
