KHUJAND, June 15, 2015, Asia-Plus -- An Iranian trade and economic exhibition kicked off in Khujand, the capital of the Tajik northern province of Sughd, on June 13.
More than 50 Iranian companies are reportedly participation in the exhibition. They have put on display their achievements in jewelry, perfumery, textile industry and production of construction and agricultural equipment at the fair that runs through June 16.
A number of cooperation agreements are expected to be signed between local and Iranian companies on the sidelines of the exhibition, an official source at the Tajik Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI)’s office in Sughd told Asia-Plus in an interview.
