Tax payments and communication with authorities in Tajikistan have become significantly easier thanks to the mobile app “Andozi Man” (“My Tax”), launched by the Tax Committee under the Government of Tajikistan with support from the Federal Tax Service of Russia, as part of a technical assistance agreement.

The primary goal of the app is to improve the accessibility of tax services, reduce the administrative burden on citizens, and advance digital solutions within the country’s financial system.

“Andozi Man” serves as a personal taxpayer account in mobile format, offering quick and convenient access to tax-related information and enabling users to complete essential tasks without visiting tax offices in person.

Its implementation has not only enhanced taxpayer engagement but has also made tax payments much simpler for individuals and sole proprietors. Notably, the Tax Committee remains the only government agency in Tajikistan with its own official mobile application.

Why “Andozi Man” stands out

  • Centralized Tax Information: Users can track obligations, check for outstanding payments, and view the full history of transactions — all in one place.
  • Smart Notifications: The app sends reminders about upcoming deadlines for tax filing and payments, helping users avoid penalties and late fees.
  • Online Payments: Taxes can be paid with just a few taps, streamlining the entire process.
  • Secure Login with Biometrics: Access is protected through passwords or biometric data such as fingerprint or facial recognition.
  • Built-in Calendar and Calculator: Users can plan tax payments ahead and calculate amounts due directly in the app.
  • Online Document Submission: Applications, declarations, and inquiries can be filed digitally, reducing paperwork and speeding up processing times.
  • QR Code Scanning: Users can verify the authenticity of receipts and tax documents using the app’s built-in QR scanner.

These features not only make “Andozi Man” highly user-friendly but also increase transparency, reduce errors, and support Tajikistan’s broader digital transformation goals.
