Police in Dushanbe have detained four men after they initiated a conflict at the Dream entertainment center, disturbing visitors and violating public order, the city’s Police Department reported.

An investigation reportedly revealed that one of the individuals involved, Sherdil Sirojov, had repeatedly provoked conflicts in entertainment venues and had a history of disorderly conduct.

A court sentenced Sirojov to 10 days of administrative arrest. The other three participants — Manouchehr Alayev, Jovidon Ayubov, and Muqimjon Habibov — received 5 days of arrest each.

Authorities have also prepared materials to initiate a criminal case based on additional unlawful actions by the detainees. The investigation is ongoing.

Earlier, owners of two entertainment centers in Dushanbe were arrested for violating nighttime public peace. Following complaints from residents, police detained the owners of the Shomi Farkhor and Sitora centers. The investigation found that both businesses continued operating after permitted hours, causing noise and disturbing citizens.

The cases were submitted to court, which sentenced each owner to 5 days of administrative arrest.
