Muhammad Egamzod, a spokesman for the Tajik Embassy in Moscow, has told Asia-Plus that the incident took place in eastern part of Moscow, at the Boytsovaya Street. A group of young people attacked them inflicting numerous stab wounds on them, according to Egamzod. One of Tajiks died on the way to the hospital and the other is currently under control of medical workers at the hospital.
A prosecutor’ office in the Eastern District of Moscow has instituted criminal proceedings to investigate the matter.
