DUSHANBE, September 11, Asia-Plus – Ekho Peterburga – A 42-year-old Tajik national temporarily registered in St. Petersburg was attacked by unknown person on September 8.
The assailant inflicted numerous stab wounds on him and escaped, Ekho Peterburga said. The Tajik is currently at Pokrovskaya hospital and he is satisfactory condition now.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted to investigate the incident.
