The agreements were signed in Dushanbe on September 17 following talks between Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Following the official visit of Imran Khan to Dushanbe, the President of Tajikistan and the Prime Minister of Pakistan signed a joint declaration, reported by the press service of the head of state.

Then were signed:

memorandum of cooperation in the development of archives and libraries between the governments of Tajikistan and Pakistan,  

Protocol on Amendments and Additions to the Agreement between the Governments of the two States for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with respect to taxes on income of May 13, 2004,

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan and the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan on cooperation in the field of industrial property,

memorandum of cooperation between the National Bank of Tajikistan and the State Bank of Pakistan,

Memorandum between the Financial Monitoring Department of the National Bank of Tajikistan and the Financial Monitoring Department of Pakistan on cooperation in the exchange of information of financial intelligence agencies related to money laundering, major crimes (predicate) and terrorist financing,

memorandum of understanding between the governments of the two states on cooperation in the field of tourism, hospitality and investment in tourism,

action plan for 2022 on cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports,

a memorandum of cooperation between the National News Agency of Tajikistan "Khovar" and the Pakistan News Agency "Associated Press of Pakistan",

cooperation agreement between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Pakistan, 

Memorandum between Tajik National University and Indian University of Pakistan.
