DUSHANBE, October 31, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Qozidavlat Qoimdodov, formerly Tajik Ambassador to Turkmenistan, has been appointed Tajikistan’s Ambassador to Belarus, according to presidential press service.
An appropriate decree on this subject was signed by President Emomali Rahmon on October 30.
